To better accommodate travel needs, venue availability, and participant preparation, we’ve shifted our gathering to
Labor Day Weekend, August 29–31, 2025, still in South Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
WHY THIS CHANGE MATTERS
This new timeframe gives us a fresh opportunity to make the experience even more intentional, exciting, and memorable. More time equals more families, more stories, and a richer legacy experience. Kick off the weekend with flavor and fellowship!
Join us Friday evening for Reuniting the Roots—a down-home Mix & Mingle featuring a lively Fish Fry, music, and icebreakers designed to help families from all walks of life connect. This is the warm-up to a powerful weekend of celebration, making new connections, sharing traditions, and legacy building. Whether it’s your first time attending a reunion or you’re reuniting with familiar faces, this evening sets the tone for family and community unity and joy.

ALL-WHITE LEGACY BRUNCH

Saturday morning begins with a warm Welcome our signature Legacy Reflection Brunch—a ceremonious gathering where generations meet to honor ancestry, pass down wisdom, and form bonds with other families.

Bring your appetite and your dancing shoes, and lawn chairs, too. We’re bridging generations through stories, food, fellowship, and lots of FUN!

We will distribute your family’s registration packets. During an All-White Legacy Reflection Brunch we will kick off the day with The Gathering Circle, where we welcome all families, introduce the weekend’s purpose, and pay homage to our elders and those who paved the way for us. Then, join us for a dynamic Health & Heritage Fair, which includes screenings, estate planning insights, and fun family challenges.
